The Main Residence
The Main Residence has a 130-foot-long opening glass wall facing the beach, the front upper and lower terraces, the swimming pool and hot tub. There is also an equivalent opening glass wall facing the interior courtyard with seating, outdoor dining and barbecue. With its 12-foot ceilings and the ability to be so open, the wonderful Mexican sunlight and cooling ocean breezes sweep through the two living rooms, the dining room and the ocean facing eat-in kitchen.
We also understand that privacy is as important as community. That is why there are private garden spaces, multiple terraces and plenty of elbow room everywhere.
Rooms and Casitas
The Main Residence has two separate bedroom suites, each with a full luxury bath, a walled private garden, and beach front deck.
The Ocean View Guest House has two bedrooms, each with its own full luxury bath, plus a shared living room, kitchen and a fully furnished ocean view terrace.
The Mountain View Guest House has one bedroom, a full luxury bath, a small office, mini kitchen, private garden and hammock shade structure.
All bedrooms are furnished with a king sized bed and Frette luxury bed linens.
